The Tasting & Rating System

• The Wine Academy of Spain conducts several tasting sessions per week.
• All the wines are tasted and rated through blind tasting.
• Those wines that have a good value for money and show certain outstanding characteristics, within the group of wines tasted, will be selected for the section “Recommended by Pancho Campo”.

Samples

For a wine to be tasted, rated and included in the classification of Pancho Campo, the procedure is the following:

Two bottles of each of the wines that you would like to be tasted and rated must be sent to:
